These Terms govern your use of ReviewYouTube.com, operated by AMD Solutions. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ReviewYouTube generates AI-assisted summaries, ratings, and commentary about YouTube videos. The service and its features may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity carried out through it. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, evade usage limits, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

AI-generated content

Reports are generated from available video information and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. They are provided for general informational purposes and are not professional, financial, legal, medical, or other expert advice. You are responsible for independently checking important claims and decisions. On-screen material may not be assessed, and ReviewYouTube is not affiliated with YouTube.

Third-party content and services

Videos, transcripts, comments, and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights and terms. ReviewYouTube does not claim ownership of that content. The service may rely on third-party platforms and payment providers, whose services are subject to their own terms.

Paid features

Paid plans, prices, and billing intervals are shown before checkout. Subscription and cancellation details are described in our Refund/Cancellation Policy. Payment processing is provided by the applicable payment provider. You are responsible for applicable taxes where they are not collected by the provider.

Suspension and termination

AMD Solutions may restrict or suspend access where reasonably needed to protect the service, users, or comply with law, including in response to a material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time; paid-plan cancellation is governed by the Refund/Cancellation Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, AMD Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Maharashtra, India. Courts in Mumbai/Thane shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law. We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
