Refund/Cancellation Policy

ReviewYouTube is operated by AMD Solutions ("we," "us," or "our").
Day passes
Day passes provide 24-hour access. Because access to this digital service begins immediately on activation, day passes are non-refundable once activated, except where a refund is required by law or under the duplicate-charge and technical-failure rules below.
Monthly and annual subscriptions
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account dashboard. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days in a monthly or annual billing period, except where required by law or described below.
Duplicate charges and access failures
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase by mistake, or a technical failure prevented delivery of the access you paid for, you are eligible for a full refund for the affected charge. Contact AMD Solutions with your account email and transaction reference so we can investigate. Do not email full payment credentials.
How to request a refund
Email support@amdsolutions.in with the account email used at checkout, the approximate transaction date, and the payment provider's reference number. We may ask for reasonable information needed to verify the transaction. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval; the payment provider or bank may take additional time to post the funds.
Payment provider terms
Payments are processed by Stripe or Razorpay. Their processing terms apply in addition to this policy. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
Governing jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws applicable in the State of Maharashtra, India. Courts in Mumbai/Thane shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other applicable law.
