• Video identifiers, public video metadata, generated analysis reports, and (for signed-in users) video history. We do not save the full transcript in our analysis database; we keep transcript character counts and source details instead.
• A SHA-256 hash of an IP address for guest usage limits, and generation records used to enforce daily limits and operate the service.
• Subscription and payment references, such as payment provider, customer/subscription identifiers, plan, status, and billing dates. Payments are handled by Stripe or Razorpay; AMD Solutions does not receive or store full card or UPI credentials through ReviewYouTube.
• Messages and information you choose to send to support.

How information is used

We use this information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, generate and display reports, maintain video history, enforce usage limits, process subscriptions and support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

To provide ReviewYouTube, information may be processed by our hosting, database, authentication, payment, YouTube data, and AI analysis providers. Video transcripts or video references and related prompts may be sent to the configured AI provider to produce an analysis. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Cookies and local storage

The service uses session cookies for authentication and may use browser storage for functionality such as remembering your display theme. Your browser controls these technologies; disabling them may affect sign-in or site preferences.

Retention and security

We retain account, report, history, usage, and billing records for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain your account, resolve disputes, and comply with legal requirements. Retention periods can vary by record and provider. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
